Jerred, a quick update on the progress from me and my training partner: Me: Back squat from 365 to 395, press from 140 to 150, deadlift 405 to 415. Increases across the board and up 50 lbs overall. Him: Back squat from 245 to 305, press steady at 165 and deadlift from 255 to 335. We are about to go back to your system for more cycles since that approach seemed to work for us!! Thanks for the program and we will continue to follow along.
