Barry Roginski

Barry has always been athletic despite not leading the healthiest of lifestyles. It wasn’t until after he left the Army that he discovered what well rounded fitness was and the benefits to be had. Since 2003, he has quit smoking and drinking so that he can be the best role model he can for his kids. He currently serves in the National Guard as a full-time Guardsman. And has over 20 years in and around the military and law enforcement.

Barry wrote exercise programs for himself but when his kids expressed an interest in exercising too, he decided to learn more about programming to help others succeed as well. He currently holds several certifications from the ISSA and EO3. As well, he is pursuing an Associate of Science in Exercise Science with plans to earn a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science.
