- TJ Tuttamore The drive for competition and sports was present for TJ at an early age. He was a multiple sport athlete throughout Middle School and High School. Then he ran year-round in College as part of the Cross Country and Indoor/Outdoor Track & Field programs at Heidelberg College. He is a Husband and Father of an active son and daughter. This is where his experience and the love of coaching started. He coached many different sports that his kids were involved with until they entered their High School years. Combining that with what he has learned about the human body running marathons, doing crossfit, Spartan races and constantly looking for new ways of optimizing life as a whole. He knew he needed to be in the health & fitness world to help others do the same for themselves. TJ Found EO3 Fitness about a year after leaving the crossfit box community. He had been searching the internet for self-programming tactics to bring together his 2 passions of running and crossfit. Doing random crossfit workouts daily brought his fitness gains to a halt and the intensity of that training was too high to do any kind of training to run races as well. Finding EO3’s “Hard to Kill” program did just that! Thanks to the EO3 methods, he is looking forward to programming and coaching athletes to create the best versions of themselves.
