Thanks for the program - it is working! Retested today after completing last week: Push-up - 29 to 39 for 34% gain, Pull-up - 7 to 9 for 29% gain, Sit-up - 31 to 37 for 19% gain, and Squat - 40 to 46 for 15% gain!!
