HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE
She has been using the program since October 2019 started with the Strength track and switched to Hard To Kill. During the running season, she switches to the Strength track to start prepping for summer racing and continue to build her strength while increasing run training. Her running season is April to November which usually includes three 25k trail runs, two half marathons, and three 5k races. She finishes off her season with a challenging race, and the next challenge is the Spartan Beast.
