About Kyle

Kyle is a father of 3 young children and currently works as an Executive Officer for the United States Army. He has been an Ene Of Three Fitness athlete for almost 4 years encompassing 3 cross country moves, 3 career changes, and the birth of his girl.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

The Garage Gym Athlete community and programming have kept Kyle grounded and focused through the most turbulent of times in his life. This year he has dedicated his free time to the BCT Track and Project Murph while juggling the Naval War College and pursuing an MS in Exercise and Sports Science.

Results

Kyle has been a Garage Gym Athlete for four years and has made great improvements. He has added 150lbs across hit barbell lifts, decreased his mile run time by 30 seconds, and lowered his resting heart rate by 10 beats per minute.
