About Kris

Kris is a 44-year-old husband and father. He is a retired Marine Corps Aviator who started Garage Gym Athlete in December of 2019.

Kris started his Garage Gym Athlete journey by following the Shred track at first and has now switched to Harder to Kill. He was a point in his life where he needed a change and Garage Gym Athlete was exactly the change he needed.

Results

Kris has taken control of his fitness journey and has seen significant progress!! Kris has added 30lbs to his back squat, 30lbs to his deadlift, 10lbs to his front squat, and 15lbs to his strict press. He's also seen an improvement in his resting heart rater by 5bpm.

You have to embrace being uncomfortable in what you’re doing. You got to get into a routine and stay consistent. Make sure to do block zero!
