About Kevin

Kevin is a married, 35-year-old, and has been consistently training in a gym setting since he was 15 years old. He is a federal law enforcement officer from Fredrick, CO.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

At 15 he started powerlifting and fell in love with it. He primarily trains out of his basement gym. He has been using hard to kill programming since early 2020. He also enjoys kettlebell training and regularly practices martial arts.

Results

Since being on Hard To Kill his mile time went from 7:58 to 7:16; back squat went from 365 to 375; bench press went from 300 to 315; strict pull-ups went from 12 to 20, and his 1.5-mile time went from 11:55 to 11:04.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Consistency. get it in however you can, whenever you can. If you only have 15 minutes, that better than nothing.
