HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He started his gym in 2018. He was tired of being overweight and out of shape so he committed to counting calories to start. He started using resistance bands in his garage, adding a pull-up bar, then eventually full weight sets. He is also doing the Murph 52 Project.

Just stick to it. I really think doing even block zero (warm-up) is huge. Just stick to the programming. You have a week to complete four workouts, don’t sweat moving days around.
