Greg Isenhour

Greg is a 54-year-old husband, father, endurance, and End Of Three athlete. All of my lifts have increased numerous times since beginning Hard To Kill. He has maintained body weight while dropping my body fat percentage, by becoming a Garage Gym Athlete.

About Greg

Greg is an executive for a trucking company near Dallas, TX. He started jogging around the neighborhood, worked his way up to multiple half and full marathons, triathlons, and eventually full Iron Man distance races.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

Started with One Man One Barbell program for 6 months, and eventually moved on to Hard To Kill in Jan 2019. He has completed 10 cycles of Garage Gym Athlete programming. All of his lifts have increased numerous times since beginning the training.

Results

Greg's back squat has increased 50lbs, deadlift by 55lbs, front squat by 35lbs, strict press by 20lbs. He has maintained my body weight while dropping my body fat percentage. His Resting heart rate has decreased to 34.
