About Gabe
Gabe is 44-years-old, an occupational therapist and assistant professor in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is 44 years old and married.
HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE
His wife wanted a treadmill then started accumulating equipment from there. They started with just a bedroom space then expanded to the garage. He joined Garage Gym Athlete a bit over a year ago. He came from an endurance running and climbing background. Two years ago, he hadn't done any work with a barbell. Since joining GGA, he has seen dramatic gains across the board; endurance, strength, body composition, and feeling healthier.
Results
Gabe has seen all of his strength numbers go up, including adding 35 pounds to his Front Squat. He has also improved his 2K row by 1 minute, and his Murph time by 15 minutes.
Consistency. Whatever it takes fit it into your routine, fit it into your life and make this what you’re doing to do every day. Make this the box you’re going to check.
