About Chris

Chris is 44-years-old, husband, father of 9, a general surgeon, and a Garage Gym Athlete! He lives in Winfield, KS. He has been in athletics most of his life. He has been with Garage Gtm Athlete for almost 2 years now.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He has done mainly the Hard To Kill track but also has done Endure and Shred. He has completed the End Of Three Fitness coaching course and has his personal training certificate through the ISSA. He has an amazing and complete garage gym set up with everything you need and more.

Results

Since training with Garage Gym Athlete, his resting heart rate has decreased and bodyweight from 200 down to 168-170 with training and Paleo diet. His unvested Murph time has gone down from 55 minutes to his recent PR of 34:45. He could do maybe 2 pull-ups when he started and now he can do over 25 strict pull-ups. His Deadlift is up to 335, almost twice my bodyweight. Mile time is down below 7 minutes, from 9:10.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Trust the programming. It works great, you just have to stick with it. The grass is not greener. There’s no one package near what Garage Gym Athlete offers.
