About Chris
Chris Morgan is a 36-year-old husband, father of 3, sometimes youth wrestling coach, and recovering workaholic, and powerlifter from Minnesota. He is a basement gym athlete who needed a plan and a program.
HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE
Chris works out in short shorts and wrestling shoes. Learned to fall in love with training like an athlete again because of Garage Gym Athlete programming. “Block Zero” aficionado and cold shower lover.
Results
He Began Garage Gym Athlete weighing 224lbs and is currently weight 183lbs. Resting heart rate went from 72bpm, down to 51bpm. He could only do one pull-up, now he can do 12+ and does "Murph" weekly. Murph time went from over an hour for half the Murph to 42 minutes for the full (unvested).
Do Block Zero. The programmed warm-ups have really helped me stay healthy. That also gets you mentally prepared for the workout. Even if you don’t want to and you don’t like it. Do it.
