About Chris

Chris is a 30-year-old husband and father of two girls. He is a combat veteran and volunteer firefighter that sells furniture for a living from Northeast Iowa.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

He has been a member of Garage Gym Athlete since September of 2018 and hasn’t looked back. He has been doing the "Murph 52" project and has required friends to join him on weekends to do Murph.

Results

Chris has increased his deadlift from 280lbs to 305; back squat from 205lbs to 270; front squat 185lbs to 220; strict press 115lbs to 175, and decreased his bodyweight from 240 to 203; strict press 115-175.
