About Chris

Chris is 31 years old and spent 4 years as a firefighter in the Marine Corps. He works in the oil fields just outside of Odessa Texas. He competed in my first strongman competition in 2016 and came to the conclusion that he was not big enough to be competitive in the heavyweight

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

After getting injured during California’s Strongest Man he stepped away from the gym for a while. When his wife got pregnant he decided it was time to start up his garage gym and subscribe to the Garage Gym Athlete programming.

Results

Since starting Garage Gym Athlete his Bodyweight has gone from 292lbs to 276; Strict Press 165lbs to 195; Front Squat 180lbs to 275; Deadlift 495lbs to 515; and Resting Heart Rate from 78bpm to 64.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Get up, get out there and do it. Don’t not it because it’s uncomfortable for you.
