About Brian

Brian is 42-years-old, married to his wife Shea for 20 years with 3 boys; 10, 12, and 16, from Northern PA. He's been through a sudden cardiac arrest with heart surgery but still keeps pushing himself.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

Most days he trains with his friend David in his garage or winter in the basement. Between both gyms, they have all they need to train, and then some. He got into weightlifting and CrossFit before coming to Garage Gym Athlete to get some more consistent programming. He has been through our Strength, Hard To Kill, And Shred tracks.

Results

Some of his improvements have been lowering his bodyweight from 184lbs to 175; Back Squat - 275lbs up to 305; Clean 165lbs to 185; deadlift 325lbs to 385; Pull-ups 6 to 10.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Trust the process, trust the programming. Keep after it. When you see the things that are hard, figure out how you can do them. Track your progress.
