What you'll build

Every quality. No trade-offs.

Most training makes you good at one thing. Hard to Kill pairs heavy compound lifts with engine-building conditioning every week, so you stay strong, conditioned, and hard to break.

  • 01

    Real strength

Heavy compound lifts every week (squat, hinge, press, pull), programmed in waves so the bar keeps moving up without burning you out.

  • 02

    A deep engine

Conditioning that trains specific energy systems on purpose: steady aerobic work, hard intervals, and mixed-modal efforts that build an engine that does not quit.

  • 03

    Durability & speed

Speed, power, and skill work most programs quietly skip. Every one of the 13 Training Areas and 13 Movement Streams gets its turn, so no quality gets left behind.

The training week

A real week on Hard to Kill

Four focused sessions a week, rest days built in, and an optional Meet Yourself Saturday challenge. This is an actual week from the app (Wave 2, Week 6), not a marketing mock-up.

  1. MonStrength opener + speed-strength + intervals
  2. TueSustain: continuous tempo + power-endurance
  3. WedRest day
  4. ThuMain strength: upper, then lower
  5. FriConditioning engine: glycolytic ladder
  6. SatMeet Yourself Saturday (optional)
  7. SunRest day

Sessions land daily in the app. Train them on the days that fit your life. The week flexes around you, not the other way around.

Inside the app

The plan is already written

Hard to Kill is delivered daily in the Garage Gym Athlete app. You show up, hit start, and train.

  • Today’s session, briefed

Open the app to a daily athlete brief: every block explained, every movement with a demo video. No guessing, no programming homework.

  • Log everything

Lifts, workouts, and benchmarks tracked on iOS, Android, and the web. Your maxes drive the percentages, so the program scales to you automatically.

  • Timers built for the work

Interval, EMOM, and countdown timers matched to each block. Start the session and the app runs it.

  • A crew that shows up

Thousands of athletes train the same session every day. Compare notes, trade cheers, and let the accountability keep you consistent.
