About Craig

Craig is a 35-year-old retired rugby player turned novice strongman and garage gym athlete from Motherwell, UK. He is married with two kids and has been a GGA now for over 2 years.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

Started his garage gym when he was expecting their first child but only started using it properly once starting Garage Gym Athlete. Garage Gym Athlete has helped improve his overall fitness and has given him the confidence to go out and test it in different competitions and sports. The online community and crew inspire him daily to kill comfort and get better.

Results

Craig has hit lifetime PR’s on all lifts, completed 52 weeks of Murph, ran several OCR’s, competed in my first strongman comp, and qualified for a CrossFit competition. His 5k time is almost 4 minutes faster, and his strict pull-ups and dips have more than doubled.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Pick a program and stick to it. Actually paying for a program made a difference for me and made me do it more.
