Tony is a husband of 19 years, father of 3 children, and an Active Duty Marine for 21 years. Recently graduated from The Naval Post Graduate School and serving in an Electronics Engineer billet at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity in Camp Pendleton, Ca.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

Currently on the Endure track still making strength and conditioning gains. He adds body composition exercises to keep progress and balance through his training. He trains in his garage with plenty of great equipment. He has been a member of Garage Gym Athlete since 2017.
