About Sandy

Sandy works as a library director and is a full-time graduate student in North Dakota. Her first "real love" is endurance running and she has competed in cross country and track during her undergraduate years. She started her garage gym out of necessity and started as a Garage Gym Athlete in 2017.

Sandy started with Garage Gym Athlete in 2017 and had goals she wanted to accomplish. She wanted to increase strength and gain a better body composition. Since completing these goals, she now uses Garage Gym Athlete to help maintain while adding in more endurance running.
