Ryan is 36, a husband, father, and DIY jorts wearer from Virginia Beach. Part-time cheer and gymnastic dad, a full-time private contractor working on navy ships around the world.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

Ryan has with GGA for almost 2 years now. He has been on the Hard To Kill, Shred, and now on BCT Track. He has also joined in the quest for the "Year of Murph". His fitness goals are hitting 5/4/3/2 plates in the big 4 lifts (deadlift, squat, bench, and strict press) while maintaining a 6:00 mile at a husky-svelte 200lbs.

Results

Stick with it. not every day is going to be a great day. sometimes you just have to get in there in sweat. you’re not going to set PR’s every time. but you will feel better. you will ultimately do better and continue being better.
