Keith is a 39-year-old Husband, Father of two, 13 years Marine Corps Veteran, MS Student, and a Cyber Security Solutions Architect. He lives in Ohio.

HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE

After years of listening to the Better Humanology and Garage Gym Athlete Podcasts and trying to do things on his own (HIIT, Crossfit, and whatever else) he finally quit his Big Box Gym and joined GGA in July 2019. working out in his basement he has completed over 3 cycles of Hard to Kill, one cycle of Shred, and currently on Endure.

Results

Since joining Garage Gym Athlete he has improved on lifts (Deadlift +15lbs, Squat +20lbs, Front Squat +30lbs) and his resting heart rate is down 6bpm since Feb 2020.

HIS BEST ADVICE FOR GARAGE GYM ATHLETES…

Drop your ego at the door. Do what you can do and don’t get wrapped around the axel when it comes down to the specifics of the workout. If you have to scale it, scale it.
