HOW HE USED GARAGE GYM ATHLETE
He has been a basement-dwelling Garage Gym Athlete since early 2019 and the programming has helped him to remain consistent through the busy-ness of work and life. He's most impressed with the gains he's seen in his pure strength lifts. "I’m a GGA for life, now!"

His progress highlights: Bodyweight 172lbs to 160; Deadlift 265lbs to 305; Back Squat 245lbs to 300; Front Squat 155lbs to 215; Strict Pull-ups 12 reps to 18; Dips 20 reps to 28
