If you are pretty new to training or just getting back into shape, we recommend you start with our RED PILL BODYWEIGHT PROGRAM or BASIC TRAINING. Everyone else, should start below:
Strength makes fast athletes faster, it can help you lose weight or gain mass (yep, it can do both), it will strengthen your bones, manage certain bodily pains, help you jump higher and give you the ability to catch a leprechaun.
Once you have gotten STRONG (or maybe you already are), itβs time to continually increase that strength while we start to build your engine. Think Jason Bourne's kickassery of "I can run flat out for a half mile before my hands start shaking"...but BETTER!! Because you'll actually be STRONGER.
