What equipment will I need?

  • We will keep the programming simple with a barbell, weights, a good rack, pull-up bar and a kettlebells (or dumbbells). And if we ever do something which requires a little bit more, we will make sure you have the perfect substitute.

What's the difference between Garage Gym Athlete and the CREW??

  • You can look at it as a tiered system. CREW gives you access to our training programs, resources and community. Garage Gym Athlete, you get all that + daily workouts, our trakcing software and other perks. You can upgrade to GGA from CREW at any point, if you wish. 

Is there a guarantee? 

  • Yep…all our programs and services have a no-questions-asked guarantee. In other words, if you aren’t happy for any reason, just let us know and we’ll give you your money back. We obviously don’t think it’ll come to that, but if you’re even the least bit worried if this will work for you, then put your mind at ease. You either get the results you want or you get your money back. It’s as simple as that!

How do I know if I’m ready?

  • There’s no prerequisites for joining The CREW. You just need to be ready to challenge yourself by working hard and being open to feedback. We have members at all levels of fitness.
