3-BLOCK TRACK

Gain Strength & Get Conditioned in 30-minute Sessions

 The 3-BLOCK Track helps those who are tight on time but don't want to sacrifice results.  

In short, we created this track for our community.

Some of our athletes were struggling to keep to 50-60 minute training sessions, so we went created the most effective 30-minute workouts we could come up with.
